Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of most orders, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER BY A SPECIFIC DATE: please let us know so we can be sure to complete your order on time.
Although we try to be as prompt as possible, mistakes and other setbacks happen. Knowing your required date will help us prioritize and ensure your piece arrives on time. If we do not receive a message regarding a required deadline within 24 hours of the order being placed, we may not be able to prioritize your order which may result in it arriving past the requested date.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the personalization submitted on the order is correct in all areas, such as: spelling, grammar, layout, etc. If there is an error on the information submitted on the order by the customer, the customer is responsible for purchasing a new sign.
