When will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 3-6 business days
Shipping takes an additional 4-7 business days for Canadian orders and 4-10 business days US orders.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Does my order come with mounting hardware?
Orders do not include mounting hardware. Standoff mounts are available for purchase at an additional cost if requested.
How do I hang my sign inside?
The most common method is to use paint safe double sided tape/adhesive. The second most common is to perch the sign on a few finishing nails, as they are not noticeable unless looked for.
Mounting holes can be placed on the sign if requested.
Will my sign rust if I hang it outside?
Raw metal will eventually rust. If you like a raw, rusted looking sign, please select the "No Coating" option.
If you’d like your sign to not rust, please choose to coat your sign in any of our color options.
How soon will you respond to a message?
During the business week, we do our best to answer your inquiry within 24 hours. On the weekends, we could take up to the next business day to get back to you.
Do you send proofs?
If requested, we have no problem sending over a proof once a purchase has been made.
Please let me know within 2 hours of placing your order. Immediately after purchase, the order enters our manufacturing queue.
Can you cut my logo/design out of metal?
Please send a file of your logo/design, along with the dimensions tocontact@arclitefab.comand we will let you know if we can accommodate!
What coatings do you offer?
The colors currently available in our shop are: flat black, white, silver, gold, hammered copper and hammered silver.
If you would like your piece to rust over time and develop a patina finish, no coating is the way to go!
If you would like to request a specific color please send us a message!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we currently only accept orders from Canada and the United States.
What is your Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of most orders, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
What happens if my sign got damaged in shipping?
All our signs are shipped fully insured incase they get damaged in transit. Please message us as soon as possible at contact@arclitefab.com with pictures of the damaged sign, packaging, and invoice, and we will file a claim for a replacement.
I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?
If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know this information so we can be sure to complete your order on time. Although we try to be as prompt as possible, mistakes and other setbacks can happen. Knowing your required date will help us prioritize and ensure your piece arrives on time. If we do not receive a message regarding a required deadline within 24 hours of the order being placed we may not be able to prioritize your order which may result in it arriving post request.
